The NU2U- Revolutionary Flame guard is an incredibly ingenious device provides huge amounts of heat given the super thick 3/8″ Low Carbon Steel while holding back the flame allowing the crust to rise perfectly without the unwanted burnt HOT SPOT so common with these ovens.
The laser cut CNC bent Flame Tamer/ heat diffusing plate is designed to fit perfectly around the flame nozzle and provides support so that the flame guard will never fall over.
