• STAINLESS STEEL BLADE – The 3-3/8 inch blade is made from 300 series high nickel stainless steel.  The blade on the spreader knife has a shallow, one-sided serrated edge good for getting through harder foods.
• DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE – The handle on the spreader knife is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher.  Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but this handle is dishwasher tolerant.
