This incredibly ingenious device provides huge amounts of heat given the super thick 3/8″ Carbon Steel while holding back the flame allowing the crust to rise perfectly.
The laser cut CNC bent Flame Tamer/ heat diffuser plate is designed to fit perfectly around the flame nozzle and provides support so that the flame guard will never fall over.
The NU2U Flame Guard will Increase oven heat up times and greatly helps with blocking the wind from blowing out the flame when using out doors.
It will help control the flame direction Keeping the flame vertical and shooting up into dome for perfect rolling flames.
Because it is made of heavy 1/4″ Carbon steel the Flame Guard will radiates beautiful heat at the crust level across the surface of the stone.
